Extension of the courses to the extension is possible from the 3rd day of the course.

Private courses take place in all weather.

Cancellation of private lessons is free of charge until 1 pm the day before, after which we charge 50% of the paid private tariff.

The Kursticket is not transferable! Unused spa days are forfeited!

Multiple instructors change possible due to a flexible organization.

We reject any liability for accidents occurring during or prior to ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the students.

All deliveries and services of the Ski School Edelweiß due to online ordering via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.

The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods have been handed over to the transport company and left the warehouse. This also applies if the Ski School Edelweiß has assumed the transport costs. Complaints due to transport damage must be made by the customer directly against the transport company within the time limits provided for this purpose. In the case of shipments to the Maria Alm ski school, the customer bears all risks, in particular, the risk of transport, until the arrival of the goods at the Ski School Edelweiß in Austria.

The Ski School Edelweiß is entitled to collect, store and process the personal data required by the customer within the scope of the business relationship.

The invalidity of individual points of this General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision which comes as close as possible to the economic effect of the invalid provision. Place of performance and court of jurisdiction for contracts concluded under these General Terms and Conditions is Saalfelden.

If a group shrinks to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to put them together or to shorten the number of lessons.

Price reimbursement due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation. Only unused days (difference amount) will be refunded.

Payment

You can pay with your credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or EC Maestro-Card. You can enter it in the webshop using Hobex's payment system, which makes it safe and convenient for you to pay!

Content of the online offer

The ski school/ski rental (hereinafter referred to as "author") does not assume any guarantee for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author, which relate to damages of material or ideal kind caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are in principle excluded, provided the author has no demonstrable intent or gross negligence Fault.

Booking and booking of ski and snowboard lessons

The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school does not provide a substitute for lessons due to the failure of cableway and lift facilities.

Rental and reservation of ski and snowboard equipment

Each tenant is liable for a proper return of the equipment up to the amount of the sale value of the loaned products.

The landlord is entitled to demand a guarantee in the form of the deposit of a document (passport, ID, driver's license) or a deposit. The deposit of a guarantee does not constitute a possible purchase price for the equipment.

Court of jurisdiction, place of performance and choice of law

The place of fulfilment is the central location of the ski school/ski rental. The court competent at the head office of the ski school/ski rental office is responsible for disputes. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.
